key responsibilities:
- manage and negotiate with suppliers of direct materials within the automotive industry
- ensure timely availability of materials in line with production requirements
- develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on cost optimization and supply continuity
- monitor and report key procurement kpis (cost savings, delivery performance, quality)
- collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and planning teams
✅ requirements:
- bachelor’s degree in engineering, international business, business administration, or related field
- proven experience in direct material procurement within the automotive sector
- advanced english proficiency (mandatory) for international supplier interaction
- experience with sap or similar erp systems
- strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
