- experience with testing, validation, and failure analysis in the automotive industry or similar fields.
- educational requirements: a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, automotive, electric, electro-mechanical, aerospace, or industrial engineering).
- technical skills: proficiency in cie, nx, catia, plm, solid works, and structure.
