We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Process orders, forms, applications, and requests Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction Meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
