Role Description Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, guaranteeing compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. Lead audit processes and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 standard.
Plan, coordinate, and follow up on internal, external, and certification audits.
Handle audits conducted by customers, certification bodies, and social responsibility audits.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and opportunities for improvement.
Develop, update, and control the Quality Management System documentation.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present results to management.
Coordinate the management of nonconformities, root cause analyses, and action plans.
Train staff on topics related to quality, procedures, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements applicable to the business. Qualifications
Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with experience applying quality standards in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
Proficiency in Quality Management, including development, implementation,
and improvement of quality systems and procedures (ISO-9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14000, ISO 45000).
Experience in Quality Auditing, including planning, conducting, and documenting internal and external audits.
Well-developed Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-based decisions and corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, industrial management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team coordination, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, industry-specific standards) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site production environment in the Huehuetoca, EDOMEX. Proceeds
