The Jr. Analyst, Accounts Payable main functions record and process Invoices in accordance with Company’s Policies and Local Requirements; Support on information requested by Internal and External Auditors. Support on information requested by the team.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
# Receive and record Invoices in accordance with Company’s Policies
# Review the authorization to the service/products in accordance with the Corporate/Local Matrix.
# Support on requested information with internal and external auditors and SOX requirements.
# Follow up on Service Partnership agreements.
Requirements:
Skills:
Desired ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including Excel and Word)
Communication skills
Flexibility to function under varied timeframes and adapt as the external environment and organization evolve
Languages:
~ Basic to medium level of English
Experience:
~ Desire experience in Accounts Payable.
Education:
~ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related work experience.
