Universal Logistics Holdings Inc., is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Director of Sales to lead business development efforts across Mexico.
This role is idóneo for a sales leader who thrives on winning new business while building and developing high-performing teams. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic customer relationships, and leading a team of Business Development professionals focused on transportation, warehousing, sequencing, cross-dock, and integrated logistics solutions. This position reports directly into the Vice President of Sales, North America.

What You'll Do:
· Develop and execute sales strategies that support company growth objectives throughout Mexico.
· Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across transportation, warehousing, distribution, sequencing, cross-dock, and supply chain services.
· Build relationships with key decision makers and executive-level customer contacts.
· Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements.




· Consistently achieve and surpass revenue and profitability goals.
· Manage, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Professionals.
· Establish performance expectations, sales targets, and accountability metrics.
· Conduct regular pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
· Recruit and develop top sales talent to support future growth.

What We're Looking For:
· 5-10 years of progressive sales experience within logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
· 2-3 years of experience leading and developing business development or sales teams.
· Experience selling complex logistics solutions to automotive, manufacturing, industrial, or distribution customers.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
· Bilingual Spanish and English required.
