Your Role And Responsibilities As a Recruiting Services Professional, you will be responsible for all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring, and on-boarding of talent into specific units. You will partner with Client Managers to help build a workforce with critical skills needed to move the business forward.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

Attract and Select Talent: Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent, manage the selection process, and ensure compliance with business controls.

Partner with Clients: Collaborate with Client Managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on talent acquisition, and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.

Lead Team Members: Provide work direction, guide employees on various processes, and act as a point of escalation for team members.

Manage Talent Processes: Ensure talent processes comply with business controls,



and initiate or maintain immigration statuses as needed.

Deliver Workforce Solutions: Help build a workforce with critical skills needed to move the business forward, aligning with client needs and business objectives.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise Talent Acquisition Experience: Exposure to developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent, managing the selection process, and ensuring compliance with business controls.

Staffing Process Knowledge: Experience working with talent processes, including compliance with business controls and initiating or maintaining immigration statuses.

Client Management: Exposure to collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs, providing guidance on talent acquisition, and delivering tailored recruiting solutions.

Team Leadership: Experience providing work direction, guiding employees on various processes, and acting as a point of escalation for team members.

Workforce Planning: Exposure to building a workforce with critical skills needed to move the business forward, aligning with client needs and business objectives. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Immigration Status Management: Exposure to initiating or maintaining immigration statuses, ensuring compliance with business controls and regulatory requirements.

Talent Process Improvement: Experience working with talent processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Workforce Analytics: Exposure to analyzing workforce data to inform recruiting strategies and talent acquisition decisions.
