About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly strategic, "out-of-the-box" Senior Talent & Leadership Development Specialist to join a world-class, transnaional company. The Role In this regional role, you will be the driving force behind our leadership development and employee engagement strategies. While operating as an individual contributor, you will play a matrix-leadership role, supervising, tracking, and aligning local HR teams across different countries to ensure the flawless execution and deployment of regional programs.

Key Responsibilities - Regional Implementation: Lead and orchestrate the rollout of leadership development programs and employee engagement (Employee Experience) initiatives across Mexico, Argentina, and Brasil.

- Matrix Supervision: Provide tracking, supervision, and guidance to local country HR teams to ensure regional program milestones are met successfully.
- Cross-Level Stakeholder Management:



Seamlessly connect and partner with diverse organizational levels, from local HR Business Partners to senior regional executives.
- Tailored Solutions: Manage regional and multicultural complexity by co-creating adaptable, out-of-the-box talent solutions with local teams.

What You

Bring (Requirements) - Transnational Experience: A solid background working within complex, multinational/transnational corporate environments

- Track Record: Proven experience successfully implementing leadership acceleration programs and complex employee engagement projects.
- Core Skills: Exceptional communication, a highly flexible mindset, and a strong ability to influence and supervise without direct authority.
- Languages: Advanced English is mandatory (Portuguese is a massive plus due to daily interaction with the Brazil team).
