We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support both the marketing initiatives and day-to-day operations of our growing property management company.

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats. You'll be responsible for creating engaging marketing content, generating leads, managing social media, and ensuring property management documentation is organized, accurate, and compliant.

The idóneo candidate has experience in property management or real estate, is comfortable managing marketing initiatives, and has exceptional attention to detail when handling contracts, records, and operational processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Lead Generation

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Design marketing materials, graphics, and promotional content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Monitor social media engagement and recommend strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Generate new leads through social media, online communities, and local Facebook groups.
- Monitor website inquiries and internet leads, ensuring timely follow-up when appropriate.
- Research marketing trends and identify opportunities to improve online visibility and lead generation.
- Assist with marketing campaigns that promote company services and available rental properties.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal team members to support marketing initiatives.

Operations & Administrative Support




- Prepare, organize, and maintain Property Management Agreements (PMAs), lease agreements, and other operational documentation.
- Ensure all contracts and documents are accurate, complete, and properly organized.
- Maintain digital filing systems using Rentvine, Dropbox, and other company platforms.
- Review documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Track outstanding documents and follow up with internal team members when necessary.
- Support audits and operational processes by maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
- Assist with administrative projects and process improvements that support the operations team.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related industry is a MUST.
- Experience managing business social media accounts and creating marketing content.
- Proficiency with Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of property management software such as AppFolio, RentVine, PropertyWare, Buildium, etc.

Full-time: 40 hours per week Pay: $12-$15 per hour based on experience.
