About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly strategic, "out-of-the-box" Senior Talent & Leadership Development Specialist to join a world-class, transnaional company. This is a unique opportunity for an influential professional who thrives in global, multicultural environments and possesses the strategic agility to drive programs across Latin America (Mexico, Argentina & Brazil) .

The Role In this regional role, you will be the driving force behind our leadership development and employee engagement strategies. While operating as an individual contributor, you will play a matrix-leadership role, supervising, tracking, and aligning local HR teams across different countries to ensure the flawless execution and deployment of regional programs.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Implementation: Lead and orchestrate the rollout of leadership development programs and employee engagement (Employee Experience) initiatives across Mexico, Argentina, and Brasil.
Matrix Supervision: Provide tracking, supervision, and guidance to local country HR teams to ensure regional program milestones are met successfully.
Cross-Level Stakeholder Management:



Seamlessly connect and partner with diverse organizational levels, from local HR Business Partners to senior regional executives.
Tailored Solutions: Manage regional and multicultural complexity by co-creating flexible, out-of-the-box talent solutions with local teams.

What You Bring (Requirements)
Transnational Experience: A solid background working within complex, multinational/transnational corporate environments
Track Record: Proven experience successfully implementing leadership acceleration programs and complex employee engagement projects.
Core Skills: Exceptional communication, a highly versátil mindset, and a strong ability to influence and supervise without direct authority .
Languages: Advanced English is mandatory (Portuguese is a massive plus due to daily interaction with the Brazil team).
Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid model).
