About the Role

For our Supply Chain Team, we are looking for: Customer Service Representative (CSR) On location: Masterfoam Flexsolutions Querétaro, Mex. Focal point for customers providing information about products, resolving complaints, processing orders/releases and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and timely support.

Responsibilities

Process orders/releases, returns and cancellations
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chats or in person
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Meet performance KPIs such as: Deliveries on time, customer satisfaction and quality deliveries

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree according to the position description
At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service position

Pay range and compensation package

Main location: Masterfoam Flexsolutions México, Querétaro, Mexico. This is a full-time, on-site position.
