As an independent luxury brand, Paradero approaches hospitality through intentional design, thoughtful service, and immersive guest experiences. We are seeking a Revenue Manager who will help shape the commercial strategy of the property while preserving the integrity of the brand and guest experience.
The Opportunity The Revenue Manager will lead the development and execution of the hotel’s revenue strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and optimal performance across all demand segments. This role is both strategic and analytical, requiring the ability to interpret complex data, anticipate market dynamics, and translate insights into actionable commercial strategies.
Working closely with the General Manager, DOSM, Senior Revenue Advisor and leadership team, the Revenue Manager will play a central role in guiding pricing strategy, distribution decisions, demand forecasting, and overall revenue optimization for the property.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Leadership
- Develop and lead the hotel’s revenue management strategy, aligning pricing, inventory, and distribution with the property’s positioning and financial objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Finance teams to align commercial initiatives and maximize performance.
- Evaluate market dynamics,
competitive positioning, and demand patterns to inform pricing and promotional strategies. Forecasting & Market Intelligence
- Monitor booking pace, market trends, and channel performance to proactively adjust strategies.
- Translate data into clear strategic recommendations for the leadership team.
- Provide ownership and senior leadership with regular updates on performance, opportunities, and risks.
Distribution & Systems Optimization
- Oversee the hotel’s distribution ecosystem, all distribution channels.
- Ensure effective use of revenue management tools and systems to support data-driven decision making.
- Continuously refine distribution strategies to balance direct bookings, profitability, and brand positioning. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as a strategic partner to the General Manager, DOSM, Senior Revenue Advisor and department leaders, ensuring revenue strategies support overall operational success.
- Foster collaboration across departments to align guest experience, operational capacity, and commercial goals.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a professional who combines analytical depth, commercial vision, and a strong understanding of luxury hospitality markets.
Experience & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management,
Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in revenue management or commercial strategy roles within luxury hospitality.
- Experience working in independent hotels, lifestyle brands, or high-end resorts is highly valued.
Technical Skills
- Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel and revenue analytics tools.
- Experience with hospitality systems such as Opera, Duetto, SynXis, SiteMinder, OTA extranets, and Lighthouse.
- Strong understanding of STR reports and competitive benchmarking.
Personal Attributes
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect data insights with business outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a dynamic, independent hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
- Naturally collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
