We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Engineer to design, implement, and maintain identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, access certification, and role-based access control across enterprise environments. ? Key Responsibilities Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and connectors.

Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications for automated provisioning and de-provisioning.

Implement access review campaigns and role mining strategies.





Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues across systems.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to enforce IAM policies.

Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. ? Required Skills Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and administration.

Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and SQL.

Familiarity with IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SOD, provisioning, and certification.

Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms.

Knowledge of security protocols and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR). ? Preferred Qualifications SailPoint Certified Engineer.

Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, Ping).

Background in cybersecurity or enterprise architecture.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
