Candidate should be hands on and is expected to lead and manage the support and enhancement of customer’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a strong technical foundation in Salesforce configuration, customization, Lightning Web Components (LWC), DevOps, development, and Service Cloud. The idóneo candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and user satisfaction across the platform.

Qualifications Having strong experience in salesforce.com and managerial duties.

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Service Cloud

Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD pipelines.





Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and integration patterns.
