Product Functional Consultant – SAP CX & eCommerce

Requirements The Functional Product Consultant SAP CX & eCommerce is responsible for translating business requirements into functional solutions across the SAP Customer Experience portfolio, supporting digital commerce, sales, service, and customer engagement initiatives.

Must Have

- 5-6 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in SAP CX solutions.
- SAP Commerce Cloud ERP Edition OR SAP Commerce Cloud for Mid Market knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Clou d and at least one additional SAP CX solution (SAP Sales Cloud V2, SAP Service Cloud V2, or SAP Emarsy s).
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Knowledge of eCommerce processes including catalog management, pricing, promotions, checkout, and order management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

- Experience across the complete SAP CX suite.




- Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and API integrations.
- SAP CX certifications.
- Experience supporting integral or multinational implementations.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

Responsibilities The consultant will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of customer experience and eCommerce solutions.

Required Languages

English : Advanced (B2+/C1) – Mandatory.

The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with global stakeholders, conduct workshops, document requirements, and participate in client-facing discussions in English.

Possible Job Locations

- Mexico (Remote or Hybrid).
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work and reside in Mexico.
