Work you’ll do/Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries.
You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions, such as: Basic familiarity with technology and / or IAM solutions & capabilities (e.g. Authentication, Identity Governance and Administration, Single Sign On)
Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage personal workload What Experience You Need The ability to multi-task and work with leader to prioritize assigned tasks/projects.
Strong relationship management, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Advanced troubleshooting skills to investigate, resolve and escalate problems. Identifies need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
Responsible to install, integrate, deploy and maintain Security Business
Develop and Customize Security Buisiness components, connectors, workflows, and integration modules.
Implement custom rules, scripts, and Plugins to extend the functionality Security BA as needed.
Perform day-to-day operations of the BA processes in Security which includes Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager.

Qualifications
Required
6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.

Analyst is responsible for partnering with functional leaders from across the organization to build new identity solutions with an approach that emphasizes speed, value creation, and innovation. As part of this continuous value creation loop, we are looking for an individual that can analyze and translate business requirements and ultimately support our Identity & Access Management team with brining new solutions & experiences to life.
Assist in the creation of department program governance processes and meeting facilitation (dashboard creation, status tracking, coordination with internal and external department stakeholders)
Support Product Owners and Product Management in feature writing, story writing, and requirements gathering
Create, maintain and review business process models, business decision documents, requirements, use cases, and test cases
Coordinate dependencies and interfaces between different product teams and systems
Balance activities across multiple projects of moderate to high complexity at the same time
Perform data analysis that facilitates the transformation of complex data/information into actionable insights to support highly complex business processes using agile methodology
Execute and present written and verbal business systems impact analysis
Liaison between product team and stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities to create, maintain, enhance, or integrate existing and new solutions
Understanding and communication of cross divisional systems and impacts of change
Generate communication, process, and educational plans to mitigate the disruption of change
Support business case development and presentation of new systems and solutions
Build and maintain working relationships throughout the Firm
Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
