About the role:

As a Senior Consulting Manager, OCM Training Lead, you will make an impact by helping enterprise clients drive successful business and technology transformations through effective change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies. You will be a valued member of the Transformation Management Consulting practice and work collaboratively with client leaders, consulting partners, delivery teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to support adoption and business outcomes.

In this role, you will:





- Lead change management and training workstreams for complex business and technology transformation programs, including change roadmaps, key milestones, success measures, and adoption metrics.
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end training strategies, curricula, structured training content, and capability‑building plans to support user adoption and organizational readiness.
- Partner with client communications stakeholders to develop communication governance, audience mapping, channel strategies, key messages, and 30‑60‑90‑day communication plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder and leadership meetings, track action items, report risks and issues, and support mitigation planning across change, communications, and training deliverables.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, strategic initiatives, service offerings, and practice development while coaching and mentoring consulting teams.
