Our Volex de México - Tijuana Site Leading company in the region since September 1993, dedicated to manufacturing, assembly, construction, design, marketing, import, export and everything related to electronic circuits, electrical conduction cables, parts or components electrical appliances or computers, medical diagnostic equipment or other applications.
The Financial Analyst will support the Tijuana site through financial planning, forecasting, cost and margin analysis, inventory management, capital investment evaluation, cash-flow forecasting, and operational performance reporting.
The role will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commercial, and Sales to improve financial visibility, identify risks and opportunities, protect margins, and support profitability, working capital, and operational improvements.

Coordinate the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial planning for the Tijuana site.
Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying key variances, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
Maintain financial models covering revenue, margins, operating expenses, headcount, labor, depreciation, inventory, working capital, cash flow, and capital expenditures.
Prepare working capital and cash-flow forecasts for the U.S. and Mexico entities and explain vigente performance and key variances against forecast.
Partner with Commercial and Sales to support customer quotations, pricing decisions, price-break analysis, and margin validation.
Monitor inventory performance, including turns,



days on hand, aging, excess and obsolete inventory, reserves, and physical-inventory adjustments.
Coordinate capital expenditure budgets and forecasts, evaluate investment requests, and monitor approved projects, spending, capitalization, and expected returns.
Support fixed-asset controls, including asset tagging, physical verification, transfers, disposals, and capitalization.
Develop and maintain financial and operational KPIs related to revenue, margins, productivity, labor, scrap, inventory, working capital, cash flow, and capital expenditures.
S. sales tax compliance, maintain exemption certificates, and support applicable U.S. tax filings with internal and external tax resources.
Support monthly P&L;, forecast, and operational reviews by providing clear analysis and actionable recommendations.
Support ERP implementation, internal controls, financial reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Three to five years of experience in FP&A;, financial analysis, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, standard costing, margins, inventory, capital expenditures, and manufacturing KPIs.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems; Epicor and Power BI experience are preferred.
English proficiency of at least 80% (advanced level), with the ability to participate effectively in business meetings, prepare financial presentations, and communicate financial results in English.
