About the Role This position is responsible for influencing the trajectory of our client's operations. The role exists to manage and enhance the financial performance of the plant while driving strategic business goals. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization by fostering customer relationships, boosting profitability, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and enhance the financial performance of the plant, including balance sheet and P&L; oversight.
- Strategically direct capital investments to optimize returns while managing risks.
- Prepare and execute budgets meticulously to drive the division’s value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet ambitious targets.
- Foster customer relationships to deliver exceptional, customized solutions.
- Boost profitability through strategic pricing and cost management.
- Craft and implement a clear business strategy aligned with integral objectives.
- Guide the team to focus on critical priorities and translate goals across all levels.
- Ensure successful product launches with a focus on quality and financial success.
- Lead by example, overseeing plant operations and supporting departments.

Minimum Requirements




- Possess a bachelor’s degree or comparable hands-on experience.
- Fluent in English, with outstanding communication abilities.
- At least eight years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated success in navigating complex automotive markets, effectively serving both OEMs and Tier I suppliers.
- Expertise in financial management, program leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- Relocation flexibility is required.
