Lead the execution of the operational excellence strategy, ensuring effective project management and value creation across key business initiatives.

Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects delivering business results.




Translate strategy into actionable plans and executable projects.
Track progress, risks, costs, and performance against objectives.
Promote the use of analytics, automation, and AI in projects.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
~4–6 years of experience in project management, operations, or transformation.
~ Experience with project management methodologies (PMO, Agile, etc.).
~ For male candidates: Experience in data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Project management or agile certifications.
