The Trade Lane Development & Key Account Manager – Korea/Mexico is responsible for driving the growth and development of the Korea–Mexico trade lane across ocean and air freight services while serving as the primary relationship owner for strategic Korean key accounts. This role plays a critical part in expanding market share, increasing revenue, and ensuring service excellence while supporting the successful integration of customers and business operations within DP World.

You'll play a critical role in expanding the Korea–Mexico trade lane, driving commercial growth, building strong customer partnerships, and ensuring service excellence for strategic accounts.

Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic Korean customers.
Lead business reviews, customer presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Procurement, and Global Teams to deliver best-in-class logistics solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational performance.
Monitor commercial and financial KPIs to support sustainable business growth.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.




~5–8 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
~ Proven experience in business development and strategic account management.
~ Experience managing customer relationships and driving commercial growth.
~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
~ Fluent Korean, English, and Spanish are required.
