- conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and labor law matters.
- assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing supply, construction, logistics, service and in general commercial agreements and legal documents.
- prepare corporate documents, including board and shareholders' resolutions, powers of attorney, and corporate records.
- maintain corporate books and legal files.
- assist with legal due diligence and document collection.
- support contract management and document execution processes in digital platforms.
- monitor legal and regulatory developments, licenses, permits.
- coordinate with internal departments to obtain information and supporting documentation.
- assist in preparing legal memoranda and presentations.
- perform other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the legal department.
requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience working at a law firm or as in-house counsel.
- fluent in english (written and spoken).
- bachelor's degree in law
