ServiceNow Consultant Developer Remote – Latam

Bilingual (English – Spanish) Our client is expanding our ServiceNow platform — and we need a driven ServiceNow Consultant Developer to lead the way.

The platform recently completed a remediation project with an external partner. Now, we're ready for the next chapter: scaling ServiceNow across new areas of the business and elevating how it is used organization-wide. This is where you come in.

What you'll do

? Lead the expansion of ServiceNow into new departments and use cases ? Optimize and build on the remediated platform foundation ? Design and develop workflows, integrations, and custom applications ? Partner with stakeholders across the business to turn needs into scalable solutions ? Set best practices and governance standards for long-term platform health ? Mentor team members and help build internal ServiceNow expertise

What you bring





✅ 3-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development & consulting experience ✅ Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API) and Flow Designer expertise ✅ Experience beyond ITSM — ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or similar ✅ Solid grasp of ITIL processes ✅ A track record of driving projects, not just maintaining them

✅ ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) are a strong plus Why join us
