Job Description What can you expect in a “Physical Safety and Security Specialist” role with TaskUs?
Generate and send reports regarding security and safety matters.
Prepare risk analysis reports.
Process termination deactivation and new hire activation in Taskus access control system.
Process, execute, investigate and deliver reports for the requesting areas.
Participate in an emergency briefing for new hires.
Assist the support team in daily tasks.
Coordinate and direct security guards and procedures, in normal operations and under emergency situations.
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability exercises and emergency/evacuation drills.
Conduct safety inspections aligned with authorities policies.
Provide evidence to Info sec & Compliance for certification purposes.
Required Qualifications Outstanding customer service and excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to communicate at all levels across various departments.
Able to work in a fast paced and high volume processing environment.
Diligent in following through to guarantee full completion of a task or issue.




Should be able to work independently to ensure day to day functions and projects are completed and should be able to work as a team for collaboration, projects or achievement of team and company goals.
Use all resources available to resolve issues and escalation as needed to manage.
Must have a good sense of urgency.
Education / Certifications High school diploma required.
Military or private security experience, criminology, patrimony security.
Experience with computers and electronic devices.
Strong knowledge of G- Suite and computer use.
Previous experience in NOM compliance.
Must be detail oriented.
Able to meet deadlines.
Adaptable.
Disciplined.
High situational awareness.
English is a plus.
Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel Office Based, Puebla. Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or client engagements, as per business needs.
