We are expanding our international B2 B sales team focused on the US market At Automation Supply , we are looking for experienced, results-driven B2 B Sales Agents who understand technical products and know how to generate real revenue. This role is designed for professionals with experience in electrical distribution, industrial automation, low-voltage components, control panels, OEMs, system integrators, or industrial B2 B sales. ⚡ What you will sell You will work with a strong international portfolio including: Schneider Electric, Allen Bradley, ABB, Siemens, Phoenix contact, Weidmuller, WAGO and other leading manufacturers. What you will do Build and manage your own B2 B sales pipeline Identify, approach and onboard new clients Work with electrical wholesalers, OEMs, panel builders, contractors and industrial clients Drive monthly sales turnover and long-term account growth Maintain all activity in Hub Spot CRM Use our B2 B platform to check products, pricing and existing customer activity What we are looking for Proven experience in B2 B or technical sales Experience in electrical, automation,



industrial or engineering sectors Existing network in electrical or industrial market = strong advantage Ability to generate your own pipeline and close deals independently Strong commercial mindset and results-driven attitude Fluent English communication skills (mandatory) Ability to work remotely with full ownership Compensation Guaranteed minimum: USD 500 / month Commission structure (monthly turnover): 3.5% up to USD 200,000 2% above USD 200,000 Uncapped earning potential based on performance ️ What you get Full sales infrastructure (CRM, B2 B platform) Microsoft Office license Access to international product portfolio Clear and transparent commission model Remote work with high autonomy ⚠️ Important This is not a traditional salaried role.
