Our challenge
We are looking for a skilled engineering professional to help build, operate, and improve reliable production systems in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong hands-on experience in software development, cloud-native infrastructure, observability, and production support. You will play a key role in ensuring platform stability, scalability, and operational excellence, while contributing to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- -Write and maintain code using at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
- -Design, manage, and support applications and services running in Kubernetes environments.
- -Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager.
- -Participate in 24x7 on-call production support and respond effectively to incidents in critical environments.
- -Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
- -Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis to improve system reliability.
- -Contribute to infrastructure automation, deployment processes, and operational best practices.
- -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient systems.
Required Skills
- Strong coding experience in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager.
- Proven experience working in a 24x7 on-call production support environment.
- Experience with CI/CD and automation tools, including Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Nice to have: experience in payments.
- If no payments experience, then recent banking industry experience is required.
- Preferred: exposure to AIOps practices or tools.
- Preferred: experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
