Knowledge - English intermediate - Solidworks - ODB++ Viewer or similar - Microsoft Office Experience - Project Administration and Management - General knowledge of the complete manufacturing process and PCB design interpretation - Knowledge of Y14.5, ASME, and IPC standards - Proficiency in design software (SolidWords or Catia) - Basic knowledge of Office suites - Technical skills based on mechanical and electronic assemblies - General knowledge of materials - Flowchart management, assembly route improvements,



and detection controls - Volume calculations and ergonomic designs on assembly lines - Quoting and purchasing of assembly structures and fixtures - Analyzing customer requirements and defining test cases using different techniques.

Responsibilities - Review of technical specifications - Review of assembly drawings and their potential dimensional conflicts - Review of assembly lines, focusing on workstations, and analysis of possible improvements - Review of assembly flows and detection of potential assembly failures due to design and assembly issues - Generation of DFM reports for discussion with the client - Review of drawings and tolerance analysis - Support in the development of design experiments
