About the Role

You’ll support our administrative and accounting processes — ensuring accuracy, organization, and communication across integral teams.

What You’ll Do





- Process and reconcile invoices (Accounts Payable/Receivable)
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records
- Schedule and confirm shipment appointments
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams
- Prepare operational and financial reports
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite — Excel skills are key
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Clear written and verbal communication in English (B2)
