Experience with Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Gemba Walks and Standard Work. Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and structured problem-solving techniques. Project Management experience. Experience analyzing KPIs and manufacturing performance metrics. Knowledge of cost reduction and productivity improvement strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point. SAP knowledge is desirable.
