Role responsibilit ies: Approximately 70% project execution and deli very Professional Services pre-sales sup port Working with Sales and customers to scope and quote proj ects Managing approximately 5–10 active customer engagements, depending on project size Helping develop and standardize the Technical Account Management func tion Managing three Technical Account Mana gers Building greater collaboration and consistency across the TAM team Most projects last approximately one to three months, so the candidate must be agile, responsive, organized, and comfortable switching between multiple customer engageme nts.
