What will you do?

- Support the Finance and Plant Controlling team by preparing monthly financial reports, assisting in internal and external audits, automating reports and improving financial processes.
- Interact with operational areas to gather relevant data for financial analysis and contribute to the monthly plant closing.
- Help document financial processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Demonstrate analytical thinking and attention to detail, proactivity and a strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are also key to seccess.

Who will you report to?

You will report to the Business Finance Sr. Analyst, working under the guidance of a collaborative finance team. You'll also interact with operational stakeholders across the plant, gaining visibility into production, logistics, and cost control processes. This is a contributor role with opportunities to take initiative and lead small improvement projects.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, graduating in July 2027 or later.
- Intermediate Excel skills are required (pivot tables, formulas, charts), and familiarity with systems like SAP is a plus.
- A basic understanding of financial and cost accounting concepts will help you succeed.
- Intermediate English proficiency is preferred for reading reports and basic communication.
- Proactive attitude, taking initiative and ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
