Key Exciting Responsibilities

- Own and manage the end‑to‑end functional architecture for subscription, usage‑based, and hybrid billing models within Salesforce.
- Architect seamless, high‑volume data integrations between Salesforce Billing and downstream enterprise ERP, revenue recognition, tax, and payment platforms.
- Transform high‑level business requirement epics into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and technical blueprints in an agile environment.
- Collaborate closely with global finance, revenue operations, and engineering stakeholders across multiple time zones to align billing outputs with financial controls.
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex invoice generation, proration logic,



and system synchronization processes to maximize operational efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience

- You possess 6 or more years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a deep functional focus on Salesforce Billing.
- You have a proven track record of designing complex integrations between billing applications and downstream ERP or financial systems.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of the full quote‑to‑cash lifecycle, subscription management, and financial reconciliation.
- You bring demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams and working with tools like Jira and Confluence.

Bonus Points For

- Experience integrating Salesforce Billing specifically with enterprise ERPs like SAP or Oracle.
- Familiarity with specialized revenue recognition platforms, tax engines, and payment gateways.
