The Job
We’re looking for a Financial Services Representative Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, following up with clients, and supporting collection efforts to ensure timely payments. This position is idóneo for someone with strong communication skills, organization, and a customer-focused mindset.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and follow up on a portfolio of assigned accounts.
- Contact customers through calls and emails regarding outstanding balances.
- Update customer account information in the system.
- Verify customer data to ensure accuracy for automatic payments.
- Support collection activities to help keep accounts current.
What You Will Likely Bring
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems efficiently.
- Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Currently studying Finance or a related field.
- Mexican Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) required.
