We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an AUXILIAR GENERAL_PISO. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our stationery sales floor is well-maintained and organized, providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandise arrangement, ensuring stock levels are optimal, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Arranging and organizing merchandise on the sales floor
- Ensuring proper stock levels and product availability
- Maintaining a clean and tidy sales environment
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Implementing visual merchandising techniques to enhance the shopping experience
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Conducting regular inventory checks and reporting any discrepancies




- Assisting with stock taking and inventory management processes

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail environment, preferably in stationery sales
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Proficiency in using retail management software (training will be provided if needed)
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, as required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new retail trends and practices
