We are seeking a Supply Planner Key Responsibilities Responsible for all inventory assigned to his/her commodity and accountable for taking actions. Responsible for placing and follow up of all purchase orders for all vendors. Responsible for checking in regularly with his/her assigned vendors for ensuring delivery on time.

Accountable for Supplier On time Delivery monthly results. Works together with Procurement and vendors on improvement actions. Responsible for solving any discrepancy on invoices reported by finance. Notifying to Traffic team of pick up at vendors facilities and responsible for follow up.

Responsible for giving support during DMRs with quality team. Keep master data for all purchased parts on his/her commodity are updated and up to date.



Work closely with Procurement on escalating critical issues and supports the SC leader in reporting the KPIS.

Ensure familiarity with the processes and procedures that are interrelated with the position.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in international trade, Logistics, Industrial engineering & related. 3+ years of experience in similar position. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Fluent in English.
