Key Responsibilities

Perform daily application system operations and maintenance to ensure stable and reliable system performance.

Monitor and analyze application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system incidents.

Assist with application deployment and version upgrades to ensure smooth and controlled transitions.

Prepare and maintain operations documentation, including system change logs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Provide technical support and address issues reported by customers and internal teams.

Conduct regular system health checks, proactively identify potential risks, and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with development teams to support the operations and maintenance of application development and testing environments.

Requirements

Education

Associate degree or above, or an equivalent international qualification, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience

At least three years of experience in application operations and maintenance or system administration.

Experience supporting applications in a large enterprise or multinational company is preferred.

Certifications and IT Framework Knowledge





Familiarity with the ITIL framework and best practices for application operations and maintenance.

Relevant technical certifications, such as RHCE, MCSE, AWS, or Microsoft Azure, are preferred.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with mainstream monitoring and operations tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana, as well as automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Chef. Strong troubleshooting and system performance optimization skills are required.

Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Java, or Shell, is preferred.

Hands-on experience in the administration and maintenance of at least one database system, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with development and other technical teams.

Language Requirements

Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional settings, both verbally and in writing.

Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
