Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive obsolescence studies of network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
- Identify equipment that is at or approaching End of Life (EoL) and develop actionable replacement and upgrade plans.
- Execute network migration activities following vendor best practices and configuration standards.
- Ensure all changes are aligned with ITIL processes, including change management, incident management, and documentation.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of network performance in critical operational environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal disruption during upgrades and migrations.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and reports related to network assets and lifecycle status.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Mid-level knowledge and hands‑on experience in network administration due to the critical nature of operations.
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies.
- Familiarity with network hardware lifecycle management and EoL/EoS processes.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to infrastructure improvements.
- Ability to follow structured processes and best practices.
