WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
- Post job vacancies through internal and external recruitment channels.
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of partners including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Conduct job intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job profiles.
- Coordinate and conduct initial competency-based interviews.
- Validate candidate documentation and employment history.
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems.
- Generate recruitment reports and track KPIs (time to hire, candidate quality).
- Coordinate hiring processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on operational, manufacturing, high-volume, and/or technical recruiting.
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Proven experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment methodologies, candidate assessment techniques, and selection processes.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday and Tress Revolution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
