We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology initiatives. This role is adecuado for a professional who can combine strong project management expertise with technical knowledge to drive successful outcomes, align cross-functional teams, and ensure business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects from initiation through deployment

✅ Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

✅ Manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder expectations

✅ Coordinate business, engineering, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams

✅ Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

✅ Identify risks,



dependencies, and mitigation strategies

✅ Monitor project progress and communicate status, issues, and escalations to stakeholders

✅ Ensure adherence to quality, security, compliance, and governance standards

✅ Support change management and release management activities

✅ Promote continuous improvement and mentor project teams

Required Skills

✔ Strong experience in Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies

✔ Experience leading enterprise application, cloud migration, or digital transformation projects

✔ Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes

✔ Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, MS Project, or similar tools

✔ Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

✔ Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams
