Role: Technical Project Manager

Duration: 6 months with potential for extension

Location: Remote in Mexico City, MX

An Insight Global client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a growing IT Strategy and Operations team amidst an evaluation of their current 3rd party, and internal application ecosystem. This role will focus on managing and analyzing solution and application requests from initial intake through implementation, ensuring seamless integration into legacy systems, and working closely with business stakeholders. The adecuado candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities include

-Meet with business stakeholders to support internal IT operations

-Analyze application requests, determine business value,



document workflows and processes

-Coordinate implementation and deployment activities

- Okta setup, various IAM projects, integrations with enterprise legacy systems (Salesforce, Glean, Oracle, etc.)

-Create, own and apply decision-making frameworks -Define order of operations and map dependencies for application implementation

-Ensure applications align with existing ecosystem standards

Required Skills and Experience

-5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within technology

-Strong understanding of enterprise application integration and implementation

-Ability to coordinate across business and technical teams

-Familiarity with integrating / operationalizing 3rd party applications into existing enterprise platforms

-Excellent stakeholder communication and organizational skills
