Design, implement, optimize and control the assembly processes of plastic products (connectors and headers), ensuring operational efficiency (SAU & POEE), product quality (Scrap, IQNs), compliance with technical specifications (AMEF, CP, PF) and cost reduction (M:M, POV).
What You Will Do
- Design and document assembly processes (connectors and headers).
- Develop process sheets, work instructions, and flowcharts.
- Define and validate tools, fixtures and equipment necessary for assembly.
- Analyze and resolve quality issues using tools such as 8D, Ishikawa and FMEA.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety and ergonomic standards.
Who You Are
- Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related Engineering.
- Experiencia en almacén de refacciones.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing processes.
- Specific experience in the assembly of plastic and metal components.
- Interpretation of drawings and GD&T.;
- Line balancing and time studies.
- Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma.
- Automotive Standards (IATF 16949).
- Experience in CAD softwares.
- Experience in visión systems (Cognex, Keyence, Vision Pro).
What Will Put You Ahead
- 3 years of experience in NPI processes.
