Position: Logistics CSR Supervisor

Industry: Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm

Work Location: Biñan Laguna

Work Schedule: Fixed Day shift (8am to 5pm only)

Work Setup: Onsite

Salary Range: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree holder of any course, open to undergraduate.
- With or without experience are encourage to apply.
- With experience in supervising staff for at least 1 year.




- Willing to work using emails and calls with customers.
- Amendable to work onsite.
- Amendable to attend face to face interview.

Responsibilities

- Train and oversee team members
- Guide customer on how to place an order
- Answer inquiries about logistics rate, timeline and shipping
- Answer customers via email, Chat and phone calls
- Use Tagalog and English based on Customer preferences
- Update customers regarding their ongoing orders
- Help customer place an order once decided
- Provide information of the requirements when using the service
- Double check if customer requirements are compliant with PEZA
- Update clients if there are delays, Issues or concerns about shipment
- The customers inquiries are mostly shipping timeline and Rates
