Descripción

- Lead end-to-end NPI and product transfer projects from development through production launch.
- Manage manufacturing transfers, including equipment, tooling, processes, documentation, and technical knowledge.
- Drive industrialization activities, process validation, line setup, capacity planning, and production readiness.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Engineering to ensure flawless launches.
- Support greenfield projects, facility expansions, and manufacturing footprint transitions.
- Establish manufacturing standards, scalable processes, and technical best practices.
- Build and develop high-performing Manufacturing Engineering teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to stabilize and optimize newly launched operations.

Perfil buscado

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.




- 8+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience and 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven success leading NPI, manufacturing transfers, site-to-site transfers, or greenfield/start-up projects.
- Strong knowledge of process validation, PFMEA, control plans, capacity planning, and manufacturing ramp-ups.
- Experience transferring products and processes into production with minimal disruption.
- Hands-on leader with strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Strongly Preferred

- Experience in the Electrical Equipment, Power Distribution, Energy, or Electromechanical Manufacturing industries.
- Background in major plant expansions, greenfield facilities, or large-scale manufacturing transfers.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.
