Responsibilities

- Lead daily execution of logistics operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant shipment processing and serve as the primary escalation point for complex or urgent logistics issues.
- Partner with Corning Shared Services and external logistics providers, including carriers and customs brokers, to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentorship, and guidance to Logistics Specialists.
- Drive compliance with general logistics processes, governance frameworks, and company policies.
- Participate in process optimization initiatives, system enhancements, and automation projects.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree.
- 5+ years of Supply Chain/ Logistics experience
- Experience supporting end-to-end logistics and trade operations,



including transportation management, freight operations, import/export processes, and trade compliance activities.
- Experience with SAP ERP solutions
- Fluent English
