Position: HR Business Partner (Manager Level)

Salary Offer: Php70,000-Php90,000

Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor Degree Holder of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management
- With at least 6 to 7 years managerial experience.
- Experience on ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications with respect to HR operations is an advantage
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and workplace relations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files, attendance logs,



and HR documents in line with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Demonstrate strong abilities in planning, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and operational control.
- Oversee daily administrative activities to maintain efficient office operations.
- Guide and inspire the HR and administrative teams to deliver high standards of performance and efficiency.
