Job Profile: Senior Human Resources Director
Location: Actual León
Job Objective
Lead the human talent management strategy, aligning HR policies and practices with the organization’s objectives. Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative culture within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR strategies that drive talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Strengthen organizational culture, ensuring that company values and identity are maintained.
- Develop career and succession plans to motivate employees’ professional growth.
- Foster healthy labor relations, managing conflicts and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Optimize compensation and benefits policies to maintain market competitiveness.

- Ensure agile and efficient processes in the execution of HR strategies.
Job Requirements
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR,
with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Postgraduate studies in talent management or organizational leadership are highly valued.
