We are currently seeking a Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy of Grand Hyatt Los Cabos.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader capable of driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance
- Drive cost optimization and profitability strategies
- Partner with Operations and Executive Leadership
- Ensure alignment with corporate financial standards

- Previous experience in a senior finance role within luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of financial controls and reporting
- Proven track record in financial performance management
- Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership approach
- Advanced English proficiency required
