? we’re hiring: workday consultant (remote – latam)

at hr path , we are looking for a workday consultant to join our team and support implementation and client projects across latam .

this is a 100% remote role , ideally based in mexico , but we are open to candidates across latin america .

what you’ll do

- provide workday consulting and implementation services
- support configuration and optimization of workday modules
- provide support services to end users
- collaborate with clients and internal teams across different levels
- manage support requests through jira or similar ticketing systems
- participate in implementation projects and methodologies

what we’re looking for

- 3+ years of experience as a workday consultant (implementation or support)
- experience configuring at least two workday modules
- workday certifications in modules such as:




- hcm
- time tracking
- recruiting
- learning
- benefits
- talent / performance
- compensation / advanced compensation
- absence management
- fluent english
- experience working with latam operations
- experience with ticketing tools (jira or similar)
