Creator & Community Manager — TikTok ShopThis is a full-time remote role managing the creator and community side of 2–3 TikTok Shop brands for a client that runs TikTok Shop for eight-figure consumer brands.

Your entire job comes down to one number: how many creators post a good video each week. You'll be the person creators know by name — telling them exactly what to make, noticing when someone goes quiet, and keeping the community energized. Someone else owns the backend, ad spend, and outreach automation; you own the relationships and the content direction. You'll work day-to-day in Reacher (or a close equivalent), TikTok Affiliate Center, Discord, Notion, and Canva.

Responsibilities

- Run each brand's Discord as its named voice — minimum 3 posts a week (at least one you write yourself), plus a weekly creator call breaking down the top videos and why they worked.
- Send at least one personal 1:1 message per brand per day — creators who just posted, creators close to a bonus tier, creators who've gone quiet — and give every creator who makes a good video or sale a real relationship and a Discord invite within 48 hours.
- Deliver two "inspo drops" a week per brand: find the converting format (on TikTok, the brand's Meta ads, Instagram, or adjacent brands) and hand creators the hooks, scripts, and do's/don'ts — designed and digestible in Reacher or Canva, not a wall of text.
- Drive creator activation: run bounties tied to specific formats, re-engage quiet creators, and work the "sampled but never posted" list every week until it shrinks.




- Onboard paid and retainer creators with real energy so they understand what they signed up for and don't quietly hit the minimum — with retainer creators posting within 7 days of sample arrival.
- Set brand voice and sampling direction for the approvals team, recommend where the GMV floor should sit based on real post rates, and flag broken inputs loudly and early.
- File one report per brand every Sunday: what's live, what's blocked, the numbers, and what you're changing.

What We Are Looking For
- Real TikTok Shop operating experience — affiliate programs, creator sampling, commission structures, and campaigns. You should be teaching us the platform, not learning it on our time.
- Proven experience managing a creator community at scale (Discord or similar) as a named human, not an announcement bot — with a specific story about how you got creators to actually post.
- Genuine creative instinct for short-form: you can look at a video and say why it converted.
- Strong written English and the judgment to write in a brand's voice.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to move faster on lists, briefs, and research.
- Clear, consistent communication and reliable weekly reporting.
- Must be located in an EST timezone country (e.g., Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Panama) and able to overlap U.S. business hours.

Strong pluses: You've been a TikTok Shop creator yourself; existing relationships with affiliates or retainer-tier creators;

experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, or supplements; on-camera comfort to make the hard video yourself when you need to prove a format works.

What the Role Is Not

- Not a coordination or mass-announcement job — if your instinct on a slow week is another blast to the whole channel instead of opening DMs one at a time, this isn't the fit.
- Not a role where you wait for a task list every morning — you own your brands and drive the cadence yourself.
- Not measured on activity for its own sake — hitting cadence while creator volume stays flat is not success. The cadence exists to move volume, and noticing when it isn't working and changing it is part of the job.
