Job Summary
Under broad supervision, provides analytical support to ongoing compensation and evaluation programs. Participants in compensation surveys, coordinate job descriptions, and prepare and analyze survey data. Prepares and monitors merit budget and assists in development of salary ranges.
Education & Experience
- Requires 2 -5 years of experience in the current field of work.
- Requires University degree
- English language required
- Strong skills with Excel usage
- Analytical and mathematical skills
Responsibilities
Analyze compensation data to assess competitiveness and fairness of salary structures. Administer compensation programs, including conducting salary reviews, structure analysis, among others. Participate in job evaluations and market benchmarking exercises to evaluate compensation levels.
Provide support for compensation-related inquiries and issue resolution. Maintain documentation and records related to compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
